Building and Improving Since 2001
Bayview Contracts was founded in 2001 and initially completed thousands of heating upgrades in NI under the EAGA scheme.
Constantly evolving, Bayview added their maintenance division in 2009. Focusing on the requirement of social housing bodies to continually ensure quality homes and service to their tenants. This included response and planned maintenance. Today Bayview offer 24-7-365 response maintenance to over 50,000 properties across all of Ireland.
At the same time, the energy upgrade division was created, delivering insulation solutions to private homes for ESB and working through pilot schemes in conjunction with SEAI.
Today, Bayview Contracts have 150+ direct employees and a trusted subcontractor network boasting 200+ tradesmen and women.
